These Terms & Conditions govern your use of DataPak Hub. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate details when placing orders, including recipient numbers, selected networks, and payment information. Incorrect entries may result in failed or delayed delivery, for which DataPak Hub is not liable.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers integrated with the platform. DataPak Hub does not store sensitive payment details such as credit card numbers. Customers must ensure sufficient funds and authorization for transactions.
3. Delivery
Digital delivery of airtime, bundles, or related services depends on the availability and responsiveness of the connected network provider. While we strive for instant delivery, delays may occur due to technical issues beyond our control.
4. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are considered only in cases of failed transactions where the customer did not receive the purchased service. Disputed orders must be reported to support within 48 hours, accompanied by proof of payment and transaction details.
5. Support
Customers can contact our support team for assistance with failed or disputed orders. We aim to resolve issues promptly, but resolution may depend on cooperation from third-party providers.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activities. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
DataPak Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the disputed transaction, subject to verification.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
