How quickly will I receive my data?
Data bundle delivery is not automated yet. Keep your order reference and payment confirmation, and contact support for help with your order.
Is the data here really cheaper than buying directly from the network providers?
Bundle prices are shown in the catalogue before checkout. Compare the listed price with the offers available from your mobile network before placing an order.
Can I buy data for another person?
Yes. The recipient number can be different from the number used to create your account.
Will I get an order reference?
Yes. Each completed order will have a unique reference that can be tracked from your customer portal.
What happens if delivery fails?
The production system will record the provider response, update the order status and provide a support/refund workflow.
